 Working closely with and assisting the Practice Manager within her role carrying out and completing tasks for the Practice Partners as requested.  Providing administrative support and assistance to the Business Partner. Opening emails and actioning if necessary, opening post and prioritising, booking meetings and keeping the diary up to date, creating agendas and taking minutes for meetings, payroll, VAT returns, typing letters and general personal assistant duties. Dealing with patient queries in the absence of the Practice Manager guaranteeing confidentiality at all times. Aiding in the update and maintenance of all computers within the practice, providing support to the Practice Manager in all aspects of IT.
