During my employment at Tesco I have been able to grow my team work and communication skillsfurther as I am required to work as a part of a team every day. Throughout each of my jobs I havecontinued to look for new challenges to work towards and this led to me being offered an opportunity toprogress my career by completing my training to become checkout team support for a departmentcovering around 70 members of staff. This opportunity means I act in a support role to help othercolleagues either with small tasks such as scheduling shifts, offering advise to staff and solving problemsor complaints made by customers. I believe this role has helped boost my confidence and ability to takecontrol in a leadership position.

I frequently operated POS system transactions including credit, cash,exchanges and refunds to allow for accurate cash flow.
