I also covered the court desk providing support and representation at possession hearings of clients of social and private tenants as well as mortgage repossessions with a number of successful applications to the District Judge. In this role I developed advocacy skills with representing clients at risk of repossession in court, financial capability skills through training and the development of financial capability workshops. As well as further development of negotiating skills and the completion of a number of DRO’s and bankruptcies.
