I am currently working with Blue Hen Says as a social media ambassador for the University of Delaware. Through this position, I share my ongoing story with the University of Delaware. I tweet everything from my daily life, to events going on around campus, or even live tweet certain events. The World Scholars program is a four year academic program that focuses on making globally engaged citizens. Through this comprehensive program I will develop skills and characteristics to help myself be a better global citizen and expand my horizons. In such a globally connected world, it is important to be a well-rounded global citizen. Through this program I hope to acquire an internship in London, England as a Social Media Consultant. Some opportunities I have had and will have as a World Scholar include: -I Studied at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy for my fall semester as a Freshman. -I participated in the Spring Into Success Conference this past spring at the University of Delaware -For my Sophomore year, I will be living in the International House amongst International Students. - For my third year at the University I plan to study abroad in London, England and obtain an internship while abroad.

I had the unique opportunity under the University of Delaware to study at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy as a first semester freshman. At John Cabot University, I studied: Media and Communications, Global Politics, Italian, and Shakespeare. Through this opportunity abroad I was exposed to a plethora of cultures and experiences through my day to day life and weekend travels. Through this opportunity my sense of empathy grew and I was challenged to become a better version of myself.
