The skills I learnt during the entirety of my time working for the company are as follows; Recruiting 70+ colleagues a week in a team of 5 Recruiters, Team Leading groups of 15+ staff for Fine Dining Catering events, Team leading bars for large scale events such as Race Days, Boxing Matches, Dance competitions and Weddings, High Customer Service and Hygiene Standards, Setting up events for 800+ customers, Serving Food and Beverages, Serving alcoholic drinks at High Capacity Events, Running the Costa Coffee stand at large events, Cashing up. Polishing and cleaning all cutlery, glass and crockery to the highest standard. Dealing with customers face on and ensuring their experience is the best that it could possibly be from start to finish. Working alongside hundreds of members of staff to work together during Race Days and especially the Derby Weekend where there are over 100,000 spectators in total attending. Show less
