According to our clients choice and requirements I searched for products,made enquiries relevant to factories and suppliers overseas. Confirm the order and detail with suppliers or factories overseas, including goods information,price, payment terms, delivery time, insurance, carriage, packaging of goods, safe passage through customs and contracts. Ensure that aftersales issues are resolved. Attend relevant fairs, expos, exhibitions and other relevant networking events.

Collecting and sorting supplier information and choosing suitable suppliers. Development and maintenance of old and new suppliers, assessment and classification management of suppliers. According to the customers request, make the suitable product solutions for the customers. Log daily enquiries onto the enquiry sheets and to sort out the valuable products, Negotiate with supplier, include price of goods, payment terms and the delivery date. Follow up from sample to mass production; make sure goods delivered on time. Discuss the production methods with suppliers/factories and help to solve the problems during the production process. Check the goods reach the factories. Make, sign and check the purchasing contract with supplier.
