On a daily basis I dealt with customer complaints. I learnt and used airline programmes such as Carina and Quik. I also gained a vast knowledge of the access rules for when people can and cannot access the Air New Zealand International Koru Lounge. I highly enjoyed this role, and loved working for this well regarded airline.
