My role was to work within the Investment Property Companies with the Manager to upload property specific documents onto a new property database. I was required to interpret legal documents, lease agreements, council information, property plans and valuation information. My work needed to be accurate because those using the database will be reliant on the information uploaded.

Part time work developing and expanding a customer database. I lead the project with the management team communicating with the General Manager, Management, Sales Team and Administrative Manager. Externally working with the IT Consultant. This project was used extensively during COVID-19 Level 4 lock down to stay in touch with customers.
