I am a proud first-gen university student and Oxford graduate, striving to make a difference in the education sector through strategic thinking, creativity, and empathy.Project & Change Management I work as a junior project manager for Ambition Institute, a growing EdTech charity and the largest national provider of teacher CPD. I'm known for thinking originally, building team connectedness, and communicating with emotional sensitivity.My focus is primarily change project management, with experience managing:✏️ A data transformation project to build and implement an Azure Synapse Analytics data warehouse to streamline the organisation's data sources and enhance reporting internally and contractually for the Department for Education.✏️ A high-stakes internal change project to increase efficiencies over the admissions period for the largest CPD programme in the country for early career teachers.✏️ Logistics for a two-week Ofsted inspection involving several schools and and a tariff of six HMIs.Art & Illustration I launched my small business, Smiley Salamander, in 2022. I sell original ink illustrations and graphite portraits, as well as prints of my work.I have been commissioned for:✒️ Wedding invitations, bride and family portraits, and wedding illustrations.✒️ New home illustrations.✒️ Pet portraits (dogs, cats, chickens...)✒️ Logos (including for an Agricultural Show in the South West).Literary translation & French speaking As a graduate in French and English literature of the University of Oxford I developed a sensitive approach as a bilingual literary critic and conversationalist.My experience includes:📖 Translating several chapters of the literary non-fiction work, Journal d'un sein, for French publishing house Corsaire Editions.📖 Over one hundred hours of tutoring English to French students, including designing bespoke pedagogical resources for online and in-person teaching.📖 A six-month internship at the Parisian marketing agency We Are Social, managing internal brand accounts including Uber and Deezer.
