I have over 15 years’ experience in property management and the last 5 years with Niche have beenfocused on the day to day running of 4 complexes and their letting pools. From liaising with bodycorporates, organising building and property maintenance, trust accounting, letting of apartments,routine inspections to meeting with body corporate committee members, attending committeemeetings and gaining new managements.

I started with Property Direct at 17 years old. My first position was a receptionist/ general salesassistance and became a junior Property Manager before working my way up to the SeniorProperty Manager. Property Direct had 50 staff and specialised in bringing to market large scaleresidential developments as well as having a rent roll of 300 properties.
