I am responsible for managing the price increase process, ensuring prices are updated onto PFM in a timely way and ensuring all relevant Sales and Management teams are made aware of the impact of the increase to pass on to our customers. I produce analytical data to the category managers in relation to any increase to highlight the impact on the overall cost and provide a valuable negotiation tool to the Category Manager to re-negotiate the impact of any increase. I provide an analytical function for the team, producing in depth reports on a regular and monthly basis to supplier and Category team requirements. This can consist of simple invoice trackers to detailed segmentation data outlining trends and variances. I am also responsible for product creation, PFM amendments and ensuring our data file is maintained as accurately as possible. I manage any relevant non-return agreements for the Spares Category, involving clearing down SRNs and reporting on values ensuring the value stays within the agreed rebate thresholds. In addition I manage selected supplier SRNs ensuring they are actioned in accordance with supplier agreed procedures.
