Advised peers in the American University Career Center, responsibilities included; communicated with and assisted over 30 undergraduate students with resumes, cover letters, and the job and internship search during drop-in hours. Lead Zoom workshops on Career Center online resources. Cooperated with 4 other Peer Advisors to conduct social media, virtual, and in person outreach opportunities. Facilitated weekly team Zoom meetings. Presented in campus classrooms to over 203 students on Career Center resources and services.

Engaged with 175 campers, ages 5-14 at Broad Meadow Brook Sanctuary in Worcester, Massachusetts. Monitored camper safety and engagement. Collaborated with 15 fellow educators to create lesson plans centered around nature and climate change. Worked to deliver 6 environmentally focused presentations in classes for students ages 4-8 at local public schools

Communicated virtually through Zoom calls, group chats, and online challenges to build a community with 75 first year students. Cooperated with 15 coworkers to create compelling Zoom scripts and activities to inform incoming first year students of resources and services at American University. Coordinated at least 2 individual meetings with each student in my cohort throughout the summer to foster support and clean communication between American University and incoming students.
