Teamwork – I cooperated with co-counsellors in my bunk and the rest of camp to create and utilize group activities and special events and taught teamwork to campers as part of group achievement skills in and outside the bunk.Management and Supervision – I accepted 24-hour responsibility for managing daily activities for a diverse group of 6-15 year old girls; supervised personal interaction and skills development both on and off camp and assisted group leaders with scheduling and bunk duties. This job role involved working with the public, serving both residential and visiting members of the public in the on site convenience store. I was responsible for the cash handling of store goods and onsite residents bills and monthly expenses. It was also my responsibility to check visiting customers in and out of their caravans and check it has been maintained and ready for their use. These daily tasks developed my communication skills and my self confidence.
