CurrentI facilitate of our weekly New Hire Orientations as well as verify employee I-9 documents. I work closely with our Recruiting team to ensure offer letters are created and sent to candidates in a timely manner. Additionally, I am responsible for completing background checks and initiating the Adverse Action Process if necessary. I use Paycom to enter salary information, employee information and complete data audits. I compile exit summaries for employees that leave the company as well as conduct exit interviews for voluntary terminations.
