I'm a realist. I don't think that chocolate is going to save the world, and that's ok. I am still motivated at the prospect of a better future, not only for myself, but for those who have helped me get to where I am today and who encourage me to go further. Because every little step taken, no matter how uncomfortable, is the only way to make a positive change. Formal education has allowed me to gain a perspective that many of the contacts I have are coming from. Now, I have taken a less formal approach to learning, by doing. Zimt is teaching me more than I thought there was to know. I look forward to growing my company to thrive sustainably and to have it always offer the highest quality products and services.
