I offer a unique blend of skills in project management, change management, and group leadership with experience leading cross-functional teams across the non-profit sector. I possess strong communication, excellent adaptability, and teamwork skills.My academic pursuits have been complemented with practical experience, first with the Government of Canada, where I created an incident management strategy for my department, initiated new process templates, and supported budget planning exercises. My second internship was with the Royal University of Bhutan, where I delivered leadership workshops in rural communities, partnered with local non-profits to support youth programming, and honed my cross-cultural communication skills.Outside of school, I'm a passionate Scouts Canada volunteer, serving at both the local and national levels. I'm particularly proud of the work I've done as a member of their Network Design Team, a team dedicated to creating a grassroots network for change and collaboration for 14,000 volunteers across the country. In my current role as New Brunswick Council Youth Commissioner, I advocate for and provide leadership to over 800 young people, supported by more than 250 volunteers across New Brunswick. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, yoga, and curling up with a good book!
