Working in the restaurant/ hospitality industry has brought me out of my shell and helped overcome many obstacles and accomplish so many goals. I have become better at speaking in public and to people one on one. I also have had experience in maintaining the front desk, which comes with answering the phone and helping members with questions. I have also assisted the catering director in setting up for events and assisted in making a floor plan. I am capable of multitasking and being able to keep up when it gets busy while also staying calm and composed.
