I am a highly motivated strategic thinker with a passion for contributing to leadership that makes a difference for New Zealanders. I have 20 years’ experience across the public sector, including working at the Treasury, in Crown entities, and in Departments. In my current role, I have the privilege of working with people in many organisations and communities who are passionate about our transport system. My leadership approach is based on building relationships and creating a shared vision about what can be achieved, along with a personal commitment to action.I have a deep interest in organisational performance, and exploring ways to improve how people work together to improve results, and use evidence to drive decision-making. I am a leadership and development coach, and bring empathy, challenge and humour to my coaching relationships as I work with people to find their own development insights and actions. I am currently exploring the ways in which team coaching can facilitate effective team performance.
