Mijn laatste opdracht was het opzetten van het Programma “Stichtse Vecht op weg naar nieuwe energie” voor de energietransitie. Daarnaast initieerde en voerde ik verschillende projecten uit binnen de programma’s economie en nieuwe energie, zoals een onderzoek naar een collectieve aanpak voor een aardgasvrij bedrijventerrein en het opzetten van een regionaal.

Eén van mijn opdrachten was het opzetten van het Programma Economie 2020-2023, dat een levendige, innovatieve en toekomstbestendige economie ambieert voor Stichtse Vecht. Mijn taak bestond uit het ontwikkelen van het proces, leiden van brainstormsessies en het opzetten van de dialoog met in- en externe stakeholders.Daarnaast was ik als accountmanager.

Een van de doelen waar ik aan werkte was dat van een krachtig ondernemersklimaat. Waarvoor ik verkenningen deed hoe we de dienstverlening vanuit de gemeente konden vernieuwen en verbeteren. Dit resulteerde onder andere in een design-thinking project "Like to Work". Met dit project wilden we middels een app werkzoekenden en ondernemers direct aan elkaar.

As a part of my master Management, Policy Analysis and Entrepreneurship in Health Sciences, I did a research internship at MCNV in Lao PDR. The title of my master thesis was: 'Understanding teenage pregnancy - A call for action'. This research contributed to an increase in the understanding of the complex problem and persistence of teenage pregnancy in Lao.

As a part of my master Management, Policy Analysis and Entrepreneurship in Health Sciences, I did a Master Thesis at the Athena Institute. Title: 'Analyzing maternal healthcare utilization in Nepal: the influence of accountability'. This literature review aimed to identify to what extent accountability issues in the health system influence maternal.

As a part of my master Management, Policy Analysis and Entrepreneurship in Health Sciences, I did a qualitative research internship at Cordaan Amsterdam. Title: “I just enjoy talking to you”- Improving responsiveness of care in elderly care homes. Research question: How can the quality of care in elderly care homes be improved in terms of responsiveness?.

At Emile Thuiszorg we worked in self-steering teams in order to optimize home-care in Amsterdam. During my time at Emile Thuiszorg I was a member of a specialised ALS-team.
