• Working across multiple projects conducting health, social care and homelessness research and evaluation projects for a variety of clients including NHS England, Scottish Government, Health Education England, West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership, Care Quality Commission, Food Standards Agency, Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman, Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government, Department of Health and Social Care and Office for National Statistics;• Leading on the delivery of projects including client meetings, day-to-day client management, reviewing deliverables, ensuring timescales and budgets are met, work planning and task allocation - supporting junior members of staff in delivery of their work; • Line management experience;• Developing research tools including topic guides, surveys, stakeholder mapping and recruitment, theory of changes, literature review frameworks, participatory approaches including lived experience panels and ethical processes; • Leading subject matter expert, client, and programme beneficiary interviews and focus groups; facilitating stakeholder workshops and delivering presentations to high level internal and external stakeholders; • Conducting thematic analysis across workstreams, triangulation and reporting activities including report writing, presentation materials, webinars and infographics;• Proposal writing for public sector evaluation and research tender opportunities;• Training has included: Most Significant Change, Economic Evaluation Introduction training UCL and RSM Project Management; and• Active member of the Black Employee Network and coordinating and managing timetables of interns from the 10,000 Black Interns Programme.
