Exceed Customer Expectations Lead all Chang’an Ford research (aprox 10 projects per annum) to provide insights for market strategy development and vehicle line product assumptions  Conduct all global research projects (aprox 30 per annum) including ad hoc, tracking and GPDS projects Oversee AP research house selection and performance evaluationBudget and Annual Research Plan  Plan development and cost control – ensuring all projects are completed on-time and within budget  Lead annual service agreement negotiation with AP teamStrengthen Research Team Act as internal service provider to Product, Brand, GCI, Design, PD and Finance teams delivering quality research support under deadline pressure  Lead target customer portfolio and online campaign tracking studies  Lead special internal surveys (brand name, badge, etc.) Identify marketing research process improvement and best practices.Develop and Retain Talent and Facilitate Teamwork Engage in PDC process to develop career plan for team members  Coach team members and create training opportunities Ensure adequate workload distribution

• New product strategy analysis(Marketing equation, model line-up, pricing, volume forecast) • Support annual mid- and long term volume planning process and market development projects.• Conduct product feasibility study and develop design and equipment improvement analysis.• Support product researches and surveys (clinics etc.)• Develops and manages the option pricing and packaging strategies• Develop new market relevant strategies (portfolio, emissions, )• Develop new competitor product launch report
