Working for a leading HR boutique consultancy, specialising in HR transformations across HR technology, change and adoption and employee experience.• Leading the project management of the creation, and continuous improvement of LACE’s internal knowledge catalogue, containing key toolkits for methodology used across the business. From creating the agile approach, to coaching toolkit owners, and delivering communication across the business and to senior stakeholders. Ensuring resource constraints are identified, and proactively managing toolkit improvements, working with Method Grid as an external supplier to find additional capabilities. • Driving the DE&I agenda upon starting at LACE. Activities focused on educating others using the power of storytelling, and uncovering unconscious bias, aswell as external blogs and podcasts. • Working with an international tobacco client to deliver change management for a new operating model. Providing business analyst support to the Leavers workstream, by facilitating design workshops, and producing employee, manager and HR documentation.• Supporting with the creation of the HR service model for a largely unconnected workforce, including HR portal access, walk in kiosks and self service enablement.

Working for a major British multinational retailer that specialises in selling high quality clothing, home products and food products.-Leading the Policy Simplification programme, reviewing all current M&S policies, line manager guides and letters. This included identifying the future policy framework and blueprint in order to meet the organisational needs, as well as the implementation of a new performance management tool. Policy development, governance to minimise risk, and external benchmarking were a significant part of the project. -Partnering with the MyHR design team in order to design policy automation within Oracle including Oracle Digital Assistance and to understand future policy impact. -Providing ongoing Business Change and ER/Policy support to HR Business Partners across the business. -Co-ordinate National BIG and European Works Council agendas and meetings. -Partnering with Colleague Services using data and analytics in order to improve colleague and line manager experience across the business.

This podcast was listened to by over half a million people from across the world.

Working for a highly active researching university in the UK.My role was:-To design a new welcome programme in order to raise retention rates within the university, managing my own time to ensure the project is completed in time for the January intake.-Use primary and secondary research in order to write a paper to be presented in academic conferences to other universities and for use by the Business school and other faculties within Anglia Ruskin University.

My role was: -To ensure progression for the children in the lessons and assessing this alongside criteria needed for them to move up to the next level. - To recognise when children need more support due to the vulnerable nature of the activity. To ensure a good relationship with parents due to the high value of the activity to guarantee their needs are met. - To implement new social media strategies to encourage more likes and interaction on the page, for example, giveaways and #teachertuesdays.

Working for one of the biggest Leisure companies in the country.My role was: - To ensure the safety of pool users and the pool was clean and presentable to customers. - To provide swimming lessons, from Parent and Baby through to adult lessons, ensuring progress and enjoyment for the customers. - To be responsible for the till and cashing up at the end of each shift to ensure the balance matched with that of the system. - To assess customers’ needs in order to sell gym memberships and swimming lessons, on a commission basis.
