I'm a junior in the Experience Design and Management program in the Marriott school of Business at BYU. My passions lie where people are. I love to co-create positive experiences with the people I work with. Over the past year, I’ve gained unique experience in this field through various roles, including Youth Camp Counselor, Student Leadership Coach, Volunteer Activities Director. I thrive when I have a project to manage, a goal to work towards, and a team to collaborate with in achieving it. Since becoming an Activities Director, I have learned the value of good communication in project managment and coordination. leadership, and support within a team. I have had the good fortune of seeing successful results on our projects because of the cohesiveness and care that exists within my team, and from my supervisors. From varying times of ideating, collaborating, problem-solving, strategic planning and supporting each other, I find energy and organization in our work. My goal is to continue working on, finding, and creating teams that thrive off of these values throughout my career journey to improve performance motivation.
