I am a highly determined and motivated person. I take my job very seriously and I am able to see things from all angles and believe I am easy to work with. I am willing to do anything to support my team and the business I work for. I am an optimist- But also a realist and cope well when the going gets tough; I am very quick on my feet and good at finding solutions to problems. I am a positive and passionate person who is always looking for new challenges or a way to grow my skills. I have a management background in hospitality. My role covers a range of skills and responsibilities, currently mainly focusing on training. During my time with Bill's I have helped support 10 restaurant openings, which involved training up a team of up to 25 teams members. As a restaurant manager I look after stocks, P and L's, personal files, forecasts and rotas which all support a successful daily running of the business. My main focus is training, to support, encourage and to motivate my team. I also do one to one management training for newly hired or promoted mangers; either for the same or other sites.
