I conducted the identification of business requirements and the production and delivery of the business case identifying all CRM and EDRMS solution options. I managed workshops to gather functional and non functional requirements and wrote the Business Case recommending MS SharePoint WSS and MOSS 07 solutions as the best fit presenting it to board level stakeholders. I also managed the procurement, design and set up the project team to deliver both solutions within target budget and timescales.
