 Located at Indian Point Energy Center: A two unit nuclear power plant.  Championed the sitewide Reliability and Predictive Maintenance program.  Worked on collection and analysis of performance data taken from plant equipment such as pumps, motors, motor control centers, compressors, and fans to ensure equipment reliability as well as minimize downtime.  Used predictive maintenance principles to assess equipment using performance data such as vibration.  Assessed component criticality and designed preventative maintenance plans using criticality status.  Used trending analysis to drive maintenance on equipment that is showing signs of degradation. Used root cause analysis to asses equipment failures and reliability issues.  Provided support to planning and maintenance departments in both planning corrective work and troubleshooting.  Created data analysis reports for presentation to maintenance, operations, and plant management. Managed several plant systems; performed inspections/walkdowns and monitored system performance.  Recommended and reviewed engineering changes to plant equipment.
