As the West Coast Regional Manager at IVC Technologies, I lead a team of two vibration analysts and together we service 20 accounts across the region. I have over 11 years of experience in predictive maintenance (PdM) and non-destructive evaluation (NDE) methods, including vibration analysis, infrared technology, ultrasonic detection technology, and visual inspection.My mission is to help clients optimize their plant performance, reduce downtime, and save costs by applying NDE methods to identify root cause failures and provide condition-based monitoring and PdM services. I draft in-depth vibration analysis reports with recommendations to assist plant engineers with shutdown schedules, prioritizing equipment maintenance action based on asset criticality and fault severity.
