I'm a PhD researcher at the IIIEE with a focus on business model innovation and organizational change. My research focuses on understanding the strategic pathways established linear companies take to catalyze the transition to sustainable and circular business models. I try to combine my personal values and vision for a zero-waste, low-carbon, and slow-consumption society into my research and enjoy co-creating knowledge between industry and academia by working with companies that also have this vision and can help transform institutional structures.I also teach in a few courses--Sustainability and Value Creation, Sustainability Solutions in Context, and Applied Research in the Environmental Management and Policy master's program. Outside of the academic world, I teach yoga in Lund as an internationally-certified and registered yoga teacher.Research Profile: https://portal.research.lu.se/en/persons/emma-johnsonGoogle Scholar: https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=ZPbHnwgAAAAJ&hl=en&oi=sraResearch Gate: https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Emma-Johnson-41
