• Conducted a literature review regarding children’s ability to self-regulate while in the classroom and produced conclusions that addressed issues and factors related to goodness of fit. • Provided academic and behavioral assistance in the 4-6-year-old classroom, worked with children on reading, writing, and math assignments, developing motor skills, and supervised outdoor outings and learning projects; helped young students achieve educational and behavioral progress and self-confidence. • Developed advanced understanding of teaching approaches and their direct impact on student’s assimilation and success in the classroom.• Developed classroom activities focused on behavioral skills, utilized children’s books to craft curriculum regarding empathy, sympathy, kindness, and respect for others. Activities included art projects, group discussion, and self-reflection. • Provided supervision among different age groups every Tuesday morning in a local forest. • Obtained comprehensive research and reviewed scholarly articles, led in-classroom observations.
