Working closely with both Sir Terence Conran and CEO Roger Mavity, Emma developed and formalised the design offer of Studio Conran from its core business of product design to include branding and packaging, a natural step. Emma was the creative lead for the team of product and graphic designers and worked closely with the architects, interior and digital designers. As MD, Emma was responsible for the vision, the business plan and ultimately accountable for the business results.

For Emma, her nine years at Landor was the real training ground for her design and creative skills and also where she experienced her epiphany: grasping the potency of powerful brand ideas and their possibilities.
