I am currently working with AdviceUK enhancing digital communications having implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE)/Pardot. We produce regular email communications and develop digital promotional campaigns to raise the brand profile, improve retention and encourage new membership. I am responsible for the AdviceUK, AdvicePro, AdviceJobs and AdviceFinder websites as well as social media management.

Projects undertaken: Digital and print promotional campaigns, introducing a new mobile app, new competitor analysis, creating and launching a new product website, review of bookings and payments procedures, setting up non user market research, website redesign, project managing film production, implementation of online memberships, brochure and leaflet design and production, website audit and update, event management support, photography, event evaluation and ongoing website development. Recent clients include Independent Advice Services, Space2Play Herts Ltd, AdviceUK, Upwards Growth and Harlow & District Sports Trust.
