Newly created role - 6 month Contract (made permanent 2 months in)After successfully introducing a direct sourcing approach to drive down cost and time to hire, I rolled this out across priority homes, focusing on improving the candidate journey and process improvements across the campaign from vacancy briefing, shortlisting, screening and selecting the best talent, advising on legally compliant documents to bring to interview, and coordinating interviews. Obtaining and reporting on vacant hours against pipeline with a focus on closing vacancies and decreasing agency spend. Visiting our homes to assist with the administration to progress talent from pipeline to New Starter status, using LANDesk and Excel trackers.Managing 3 inboxes, forwarding direct applications onto Home Managers and obtaining monthly vacant hours for our 100+ homes. Producing meaningful MI from SAP Success Factors and the manual applicant tracking database I created (Excel) to measure key metrics including application rates, interviews booked, interview to hire ratios, source of hire and time to hire (presenting via Pivot Tables and conditional formatting). Providing market reviews, reports on advert responsiveness, advising on those that need additional resourcing attention and methods. Weekly reporting of vacancies, availability to interview, applications and outcomes. Developing KPIs for the role in addition.

I temporarily account managed and resourced for key clients, supporting roughly 12 vacancies at one time across the country, in order to strengthen my application for in-house recruitment positions. The owner of the company was very happy with the revenue generated and continues to be a good friend.
