I work as a trusted advisor to, and member of, our Global Leadership team. While working closely with our global P&C network, building a cohesive cohort to effectively embed initiatives that support all our offices and people.I lead our global internal communications function. Including oversight of: - our award winning collaboration and communication platform - on Workplace by Meta.- annual events: our global virtual conference (an interactive 1 day event bringing together our global network of more than 1000 in the metaverse) and our EMEA conference (bringing over 400 of our people, from 6+ countries, together for 2 days of inspiration, connection and fun).I also own how we measure employee engagement and diversity & inclusion across the business - and how we use this data to drive positive change within the business to improve the employee experience for all.

Working with our network of 12 global offices (of over 750 people) to ensure that we share knowledge, collaborate and communicate effectively. Part of this has been to manage the end-to-end delivery on our internal collaboration platform (an ESN), The Ship, and to ensure its ongoing success and development. Recently managing the migration from our previous platform (on the Telligent software) to Facebook at Work, with more than 80% of employees using the platform on a weekly basis.Management of large cross-office events, including our annual Winter Conference of over 350 people, a senior team conference of more than 150 people and our global leadership summits. Focusing on driving engagement, alignment and collaboration.More recently my role has been extended to include employer branding for our business globally.

Working across a number of Diageo initiatives to deliver outstanding employee communications and engagement, including:• Project Mosaic: Delivered, as part of a project team, Diageo’s first employee collaboration portal, ‘Mosaic’, using SharePoint. Replacing the ‘old’ intranet with a cutting-edge platform to share ideas and information globally.• Pricing and Efficient Trade Investment (PETI) programme:Led communications for the embedding of the ‘PETI’ programme, one of Diageo’s global priority initiatives, aiming to generate significant incremental gross profit, through pricing and effective trade investment.• Diageo Way of Selling - Global Sales: Worked closely with the Head of Customer and Global Sales Communications to engage employees around Diageo’s global sales initiatives, including customer marketing and sales capability.• Project Advantage: Owned the global employee communications for a change project implementing a trade investment management tool to optimise the return on Diageo’s spend with its customers.
