After an incredible stint in Silicon Valley I didn't want to rush in to my next role and felt this would be the perfect time to see a bit more of the world. Travelling across S.E Asia through Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and motorcycling across Vietnam. To Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia and stopping for a while in Bali and eastern Indonesia. A quick visit to Australia and China and Tokyo and finally back to Thailand to continue my fitness and martial arts training in Phuket.

General Manager of Beyond @ Google, Mountain ViewInitially loaned from the London team to help deliver the preliminary stages of a recently won engagement with Google Retail. This included embedding Beyond within the Google Store team in their Mountain View (CA) offices. Developing ways of working with the internal Google team, building relationships, operational set-up, setting processes, hiring from scratch, onboarding and HR - essentially creating and setting up a whole new team with no prior knowledge of the deliverables whilst continuing to deliver the world class creative that Google produce.6 weeks turned in to my relocation to the States in which time the team grew from a skeletal team of 6 to 20+ of designers, copywriters, art directors, account and PM, creative leads and the project value grew by over 20% in the first 9 months.
