Diversity calculated by Shannon entropy.

Modeling the diffusion rate and binding of neurotransmitters - Borisyuk LabProject aim: To model the different diffusion rates of neurotransmitters across the synaptic cleft and to develop a stochastic model for capture rates.Using MATLAB and C++, I wrote a series of programs to model different diffusion rates of neurotransmitters across the synaptic cleft. I also developed a stochastic modeling for capturing rates.
