As a capstone mentor, I aid and support the development of a successful entrepreneurship business for a high school student. My role includes, but not limited to: -Overlooking statistical analysis of sales and production -Offering advice on limiting production costs and increasing net profit/revenue.-Increase social media engagement through advertisement and product presentation.

Gloopy bakes initially began as a Capstone Project to help students achieve sustainable nutritional goals. However, due to the success of sales, it was perused as an official online bakery. - Launched and managed an Instagram account to enhance business visibility, advertisement, foster customer engagement, and optimize the ordering process.- Planned and executed a series of bake sales from 2022 to 2023, achieving a net profit margin ranging from 61.7% to 74.2%.- Facilitated clear and effective communication during customer transactions.- Adapted recipes regularly to accommodate customers' allergies and personal preferences.-Tailored weekly menus based on customer feedback and sales data to maximize satisfaction and sales performance.
