Wrote interview summaries and a summary matrix for clients at MDHHS.-Managed the D-SNP strategy project by organizing and facilitating weekly client meetings, tracking activities and deliverables, and overseeing the work of two interns.-Played a major role in the development of a uniform health risk assessment for all health plans participating in MI Health Link. Assisted with incorporating feedback from health plans and ensuring the tool met requirements.-Analyzed the findings from 16 interviews with long-term care and behavioral health stakeholders in Michigan to inform MDHHS’ strategic planning in these areas. Wrote interview summaries and a summary matrix for clients at MDHHS including Michigan’s Medicaid Director.
