Integrated Solutions Division was set up in 2006 during a Candidate Shortage Market whereby alternative sourcing strategies needed to be discovered. The Division works primarily with large corporates employing high volume, unskilled and semi skilled employees to provide a low-cost, all of business recruitment and employment strategy.• Maintaining strong relationships with Job Services Australia Consultants and Candidates• Proactively Developing and Account Managing a client portfolio delivering Integrated Solutions volume training and recruitment programs• Running Diversity Training programs i.e. Mature Age, Indigenous, Youth programs for clients • Post Placement Support for candidates once placed including performance management of candidates places as casuals• Recruitment for various roles, predominately in contact centre, administration, warehousing• Implementing Project timelines and Strategies around new programs • Facilitate Pre-employment Training programs over 5 days period with up to 15 people in a roomHighlight: Placing over 350 unemployed candidates in long term sustainable employment from July 2012 – June 2013
