- Second placement of the Accelerated Development Program at Consumer Credit Risk.- Support in development and evaluation of credit policies and commercial offer. - Coordinator of projects and special deliveries of the area.- Monthly analysis of the results of repossessed vehicles and/or sold in Auctions.- Recovery analysis focused on repossessed vehicles.- Participation in development modules through the program, focused on personal and professional development, in industry and organization.

- First placement in the Department of Collections as Administrator of Lawfirms.- Coordinatiom, follow up and review of the collections results and actions taken by the Law Firms during the Legal process.- Evaluation and answer of all the requests from the Law Firms.- Evaluation of the Law Firms performance and grant feedback in order to improve the results- Contribution to process improvement.- Development and implementation of financial reliefs options for customers in the event of COVID-19 Pandemic.- Participation in development modules through the program, focused on personal and professional development, in industry and organization.

- Analyst for the commercial and operative strategy for Auto, Life, Involuntary Loss of Employment and Extended Warranty insurance programs for Mexico and Dealers network's floor plan insurance program for Peru.- Collaboration on the implementation of the BPMS methodology.- Management of a new insurance website for quoting and issuing insurance products.- Administration of a mailbox for internal queries and clarifications.

- Verificación de documentos para solicitudes de crédito en GM Financial- Atención a amplio volumen de solictudes en un año histórico de ventas
