As a Senior Project Lead at Sherpa, I manage and coordinate various marketing communications projects across different industries. With nearly 10 years of project management experience in advertising agencies, I have developed a versatile skill set that goes beyond the 'normal' Project Director title. I excel at planning, executing, and delivering complex and creative solutions that meet the client's needs and expectations.I also have a background in social and cultural anthropology, with a Master's degree from the University of Helsinki. My field of study includes gender and indigenous studies, which gives me a unique perspective and a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). I believe that DEI should be integrated in all processes, from research and design to communication and evaluation.
