As Head of AI & Innovations at Sherpa, I lead the integration of generative AI in communications, marketing, and brand strategy, positioning our clients at the forefront of their industries. My focus ranges from strategy to practical application, driving innovation, and creating value through cutting-edge technology solutions.I have a proven track record of delivering high-impact results, such as leading the world’s first fully AI-assisted marketing campaign for Neste in early 2023. My role includes overseeing Sherpa’s GenAI business strategy, advising top executives on leveraging AI for competitive advantage, and developing pioneering concepts that challenge the status quo in creative marketing.In addition to my industry work, I contribute to the academic discourse as the editor and co-author of “AIntelligent Communication,” a book exploring AI’s transformative influence on marketing and communications. This research is part of my doctoral studies at Jyväskylä University’s School of Business and Economics, where I analyze the strategic implications of AI on business communication.I am regularly invited to speak at industry events and contribute thought leadership on AI’s impact at micro, meso, and macro levels. With fluency in both Finnish and English, I engage with a global audience on the opportunities and challenges of AI, from operational implementation to strategic foresight.
