The Foundation’s purpose is to give out scholarships to young leaders, arrange a leadership training program for young leaders and arrange a great seminar with leaders from Sweden to share and develop Values Based Leadership skills. Director for the Foundation means being the Executive Official.

The assignment as Member of the Board for the biggest student event in Lund is a volunteer work but it takes more than a full time job. Lundakarnevalen is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Every fourth year the students of Lund University arrange a carnival of concerts and shows, food tents and entertainment. Lundakarnevalen has about 400 000 viewers and about 75 000 visitors at the site. The Academic Society in Lund is an organization founded 1830. The Society had about 25 000 student members and about 45 organizational members. Being Secretary General means being the Executive Official. I was responsible for budget, for strategy and for operating activities, within all 12 departments. The director is also the representative for the employer towards other employees.
