My main role is to take care of my workers and look after the queens. I'm involved in planning and business development and I also get to do some gardening here. I introduced trello as a tool in our work with the hives and I look forward to improve our business model with a scrum-like habit for planning and communication.Bee Urban offers interactive and living environmental services in urban areas with beehives and gardens promoting biological diversity.

I take care of indoor plants in many styles and varieties, from big Bucida trees and vertical gardens to monsteras, orchids, peace lilys etc etc.Our clients are sometimes companys in gaming, tech or banks and insurance… but also malls and luxury hotels. I go visit the plants on a scheduled basis and give each individual the care it needs until the next time 🌿

As a people over profits kind of organization we work to make people move and be happy. We hold a space where cultures and age groups mix. I am a part of the core team with responsibilities mainly in marketing and sales matters. I do a lot of copy and I am passionate about engaging customers and spread the Yogansa culture.

I took care of the sales during the week and of keeping the place fresh, clean and friendly, we aimed for clients with high expectations. Together with the owner we kept the inventory and made design decisions. My work also included a lot of heavy lifting.BAR MANAGER – Also in El patio de los lecheros, but the Juice bar. I was responsible for overall production and service, cash register and sales, keeping inventory fresh and updated and also to engage and educate my co-workers. I was the first employee and I was also given the responsibility to develop the concept and an online presence.Other projects I was involved in during this time in Buenos Aires:Deliveries – @tubetabel. Go Monday (ex-Cruited) is a Swedish company that supports in career-building and specifically with the composition of cv's, personal letters and LinkedIn-profiles. As a part of a global team, I worked part-time advising people on how to improve their chances of reaching a more meaningful professional life. At times I took further responsibility to improve operations within customer support. We worked with short deadlines and high goals which required adaptability, accurate communication and time-management. During my time here I learned a lot about HR and got first-hand insight into the building of an online start-up.

Creating an organic and conscious clothing brand with style is our mission. We work for love and equality, and against extreme working conditions and chemical overuse within the textile industry. Based in Buenos Aires I was responsible for the overall daily operations, design, and marketing. We built an online webshop and a lifestyle-driven concept with an international following, from 0 to +2000 organic Instagram followers before even launching. Early 2016 I moved to Sweden and in August 2016 our release event at Hälsocafet in Stockholm had over 300 visitors and we engaged sponsors like Go For Life, Humm Kombucha, and Macacos Brazilian Superfruits.By the end of 2016 I moved back to Argentina and engaged with marketing and sales on festivals here... but after a short period of time, both the administration and infrastructure got complicated. The project was left on hold with the ambition to re-start and re-brand at some moment...

I was active in Amartya through the eco-school Quinta Esencia after my studies within the same organization. Amartya is specially engaged in development and education within permaculture and environmental philosophy. I have been responsible and involved in creative work and decisionmaking, with construction, with translations and as an assistant for the educational workshops.In February 2017 we produced the festival 'Un Mundo Feliz' with the theme "art, music and sustainability" and almost 1000 happy visitors. I was responsible for the merchandise sourcing and production, the merch shop during the fest, parts of ticket sales, and I also took part in the communication team.Today I am still supporting the different projects of Amartya and I visit Quinta Esencia both to support the work done there and to connect with all the great people passing by. I have learned a lot about sustainability and permaculture in a wide perspective here, developing a deeper passion for plants, food, personal health and our environmental responsibility.

At Freshmind I learned that every meeting is an opportunity to make a positive impression and impact on people. We worked with events, concepts, marketing innovation, communication and product development and we always brought innovation. I was involved throughout all stages, working both individually and in teams. More than anything I thrived when working with ideas and solutions. To work in a start-up environment, making ideas come into reality and create great experiences with great people on a daily basis was a lot of fun!For Stockholm Stad I produced a pre-festival tour with 7 stops during 7 weeks for 'We Are STHLM', including and engaging local organizations and artist on every stop while promoting the festival. Simultaneously I produced ‘Camp Connect’ which is the biggest entrepreneurial youth camp in Sweden where we hosted, feed and entertained around 500 attendees over a 4 days period. Aiming at a young and mixed audience connected to Fryshuset our mission was to promote personal growth and exchange in between organizations. 2014 we received the ratings of 93% of attendees wanting to come back to the camp in the future. I lead a team of around 40 people as we delivered more than 30 workshops, boot camps, and ideations combined with games, adventure, and new connections.I have also produced various events for CityCon, a leading owner and developer of shopping centers in the Nordics, aiming to engage locals and drive sales. I assisted a really innovative Hackathon we made for Absolut called Liquid Data. And I consulted as community manager for Mosquito.

I was in charge of the marketing and communication of Swedens first professional DJ school. I was also assisting the CEO with strategic and creative direction. Here I worked fulltime with gardening at a time when I was studying part-time. The position also included being on standby during the winter. I worked as a foreman for a total of 25 different locations during this period and was given the responsibility to lead summer interns and subcontractors. I still maintain good contact with Green and have been working a few summers after 2013 too, mainly between trips to Latinamerica.

A Part-time job within retail during my studies, I started as a summer intern but was that same summer trained to handle all different tasks in the store, which later resulted in a job contract. At Biltema I've learned to deal with unexpected and new situations both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
