• Supported the development team’s efforts to strengthen fundraising programs for the State Priorities Partnership, a network of 43 state-based, nonprofit research and policy organizations.• Wrote, proofread, and formatted documents for both internal and external communications, including a monthly newsletter for over 500 recipients. • Managed efforts around fundraising resources offered to state partners. Conducted detailed foundation prospect research and helped partners maintain data hygiene of contact records through appends.• Helped to coordinate several Center-hosted events, including an annual state policy conference and several webinars for Partnership development staff across the country on a variety of fundraising topics.

• Hired and managed a team of 18 qualified student editors to produce an independent biweekly print newspaper as well as weekly online content. Doubled the organization’s social media following, formed a weekly newsletter with over 500 recipients, and eliminated the organization’s debt.• Successfully transitioned the organization to operate remotely and publish completely online in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
