After 5 years of living, working and receiving fertility treatment in Ontario, Emma is returning back to the UK. Before moving across the Atlantic, Emma spent 10 years working in the Education sector as a Director of Learning Zone for the Arts, Head of Drama and Theatre studies and Teacher of Drama, English, PSHE and Citizenship. Alongside this role she was also an integral member of the Teaching and Learning team tasked with raising teaching standards across the school and a professional mentor for trainee teachers through Manchester Metropolitan University. Emma is a passionate advocate for inclusive and nurturing practices, raising standards and aspirations through the Arts and outstanding leadership & management. She is a forward thinking problem solver, creative and able to think outside the box. Priding herself on being an excellent motivator, leader and team member.
