I am currently on a career break travelling around South-East Asia, looking to start a new role in April 2025.With a Master of Research degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Birmingham, I have a strong academic background and a passion for sustainability and mega-events. My research on sustainability in sporting mega-events has been published in a peer-reviewed journal.Most recently, I served as the Fitness and Wellbeing Coordinator at INEOS. In this role, I leveraged my diverse skill set to engage employees globally on health and wellbeing initiatives. I developed strategies for the INEOS Energy Station, coordinated partnerships with renowned fitness and wellbeing brands and the INEOS Sports Teams, and organised in-person events for the IN NAM Graduate Programme and Senior Executives. I also managed the INEOS Energy Station Ambassador network, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across regions and sectors.Driven by my positive mindset and ambition, I am committed to combining my academic knowledge and hands-on experience to deliver exceptional results. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges, as well as to collaborate with others and share my insights and ideas. My goal is to make a positive impact through sport and wellbeing.
