In the role of Implementation Specialist I am responsible for new and current business implementations across our application, CRM and event management solutions.It is my job to ensure these start and finish on time to ensure clients optimise value and utilisation.I am fortunate to work with a range of really great clients, across the UK, Europe and Middle East.

Recruitment and student engagement was a new position within the School of Engineering. My role was to ensure the information needs of prospective students were met.This encompassed activities from answering phone calls and e-mails, to running open days, and processing their subsequent applications. A wide and varying role, that kept me very busy and close to what I love, students and education.
