Kanda was established in May 2017 to develop innovative platforms and creative content to provide exceptional, best-in-class public and stakeholder consultation for public and private sector development. Since then we have helped secure consents for masterplans, tall buildings and buildings of heritage, as well as supporting successful estate ballots. We have also delivered thousands of stakeholder workshops, phone banks and door-knocking campaigns, postal consultations and hosted scores of websites.At Kanda, I am using my expertise across the East of England to support clients on their schemes. I particularly focus on larger, strategic projects such as garden communities.

MPC works with developers, politicians and communities to secure successful planning outcomes. We specialise in stakeholder, political and community engagement, media management, and planning PR.I was the Director of our Chelmsford office, managing a team of seven and providing strategic and budgetary oversight for all our projects in the east of England.

As an Account Manager, I managed projects across the East of England, proactively sought and won new business for the company, and mentored junior staff members.

Meeting Place Communications is a specialist public affairs consultancy which works with communities and developers to achieve successful outcomes. As an Account Executive, I provided a range of project support activities for the team. These included political research, identifying and engaging with stakeholders, arranging community consultation and organising events.

I was a founding committee member for the Cambridge branch of the Young Entrepreneurs in Property. YEP is a networking group specifically focussed on younger colleagues in the property industry who aspire to be thought leaders in their field. Unlike many other networking groups, we encouraged all disciplines in our industry to get involved, from planners and land buyers, to engineers and PR consultants.

Give Us Time are a charity which acquire holidays which are donated by holiday companies, resorts and private individuals and matches them with military personnel who have been deployed and need rest and reconnection with their families.I worked with the CEO of the charity and my role involved writing and preparing presentations, developing relationships with holiday companies and welfare officers and carrying out research.I had primary responsibility for copywriting for the new website and for taking minutes at trustees meetings.
