Responsibilities include:Consulting with Producing Director on budgeting and calendar for Season Artist shows, events, and venue projects; Setting design and production deadlines with Season Artists and their teams; Assessing feasibility of designs for all productions with Season Artists in conjunction with Technical Director; Working with Management Associate to project, track, and reconcile production expenses, including space improvements and labor; Overseeing theater maintenance; making repairs and upgrades when possible with Technical Director; Conducting annual inventories of lighting, sound, general production equipment and stock with intern support; Production managing the annual Big Green Theater Festival; Hiring and supervising a production intern for the Spring; Mentoring interns through community engagement programming and partnerships.

Overhire employee on an ongoing basis, helping with various nonspecific events and shows as an assistant to production management.

Creating and maintaining production paperwork; time management; loading in and out rehearsal spaces and venues; assisting the stage manager and assistant stage manager in coordinating schedules; tracking props, costumes, and set pieces; carrying 50+ pounds of items; providing technical support for production staff and actors; setting up costume racks and tracking organization of costumes; attending production meetings; tracking and interacting with audience members; some house management duties; general assistance to stage manager and assistant stage manager, as well as production managers with whatever they might need.

As a production management fellow, I support the production manager in all aspects of creating the physical productions, on the main stage as well as in the 4th Street Theatre as part of the Next Door program. My responsibilities include taking part in maintaining all financial paperwork (payroll, budgets, general ledgers, receipt tracking, credit card statement reconciliation, petty cash allocation); purchasing items for all aspects of the production (including scenic, costumes, lighting, props, stage management and rehearsal needs); assisting in maintaining the facilities of the theatre, backstage, dressing rooms, storage, offices, etc.; scheduling meetings, rehearsals, load ins; overseeing the groups that rent and use the facilities of the 4th Street Theatre; and many others. In my time as a fellow, I have been involved in NYTW's productions of Mary Jane, directed by Anne Kauffman; Hundred Days, directed by Anne Kauffman; and An Ordinary Muslim, directed by Jo Bonney.

Stage manager for Borders, a play by Henry Naylor and co-directed by Michael Cabot and Louise Skaaning. This show is produced as part of the Next Door series at New York Theatre Workshop.

Stage manager for Radio Delirio, a play written and choreographed by Alessandro Magania, and directed by Geoff Sobelle. This was produced by Lingua Franca, at The Wooster Group's Performing Garage.

Production manager for Cori Olinghouse's piece, Grandma. Part installation, part dance performance, this piece examines life in America as shown through hoarding culture.

I served as the production manager on The Assembly's production of Seagullmachine, co-produced with La Mama. In this role, I managed the implementation of the scenic, lighting, sound and video departments into La Mama's Ellen Stewart Theatre. I was responsible for the managing of the space, the budget, the staffing and personnel, and the safety requirements of the theatre, among other things. I also managed communications between The Assembly and staff at La Mama, as well as coordinated with stage management to help run tech and performances.

Production manager for two shows in the River to River Festival-Memoirs of a Unicorn, created and performed by Marjani Forte, and A Marvelous Order, directed by Joshua Frankel. The River to River Festival brings artists to unconventional spaces throughout Manhattan and Governor's Island. These shows were performed in the Melville Gallery and Fulton Center, respectively.

Stage manager for Superhero Clubhouse's production of Pluto (no longer a play) at the Brick in Williamsburg.

As an intern, my duties vary from basic office managerial tasks to development (researching grants, organizing thank you letters to donors, etc) to production (assisting with auditions, readings, meetings) and as part of my internship I am stage managing one of the shows in the Lab series, a smaller production of The Great God Brown by Eugene O'Neill. I am also involved in marketing, including creating a large archive of past productions of the theater's 25 year history for the purposes of creating brochures for the new season.

Assisting the production manager in various tasks around the office, including supporting shows in the theatre; creating and editing budgets and financial tracking; maintaining various elements of the office and theatre; supporting stage management and creative teams in their needs for the productions; writing meeting notes; facilitating communication between various departments; supporting rehearsal needs of current productions; among other tasks as determined on a day to day basis. During my time as an intern, I assisted on the productions Nat Turner in Jerusalem, directed by Megan Sandburg-Zakian; Othello, directed by Sam Gold; and The Object Lesson, created by Geoff Sobelle and directed by David Neumann.

Overhire help for various outside events, mainly in Hewitt Ballroom, as well as around campus at the State University of New York at Oswego. Main responsibilities included loading in and loading out technical elements of dance shows, concerts, theatrical events, among others. Set up and tear down of light grids as large as 100 instruments, including cabling and focus. Troubleshooting of lighting and sound systems prior to and during events, running a light board, and returning the space to its original afterwards.

Maintaining cleanliness and stock of dining room; operating cash register; training new employees; cooking and preparing some foods; keeping dining room running quickly and efficiently; serving hundreds of students over the course of a meal; inspecting and maintaining quality of food; opening and closing the dining hall, as early as 6:30 AM and as late as 8:00 PM.

Sole stage managerial support for the Next Stage Ensemble, a tour travelling all over the state of New Jersey; attending and documenting production meetings; creating schedules; creating and maintaining tour paperwork; coordinating and cooperating with venues; providing technical support at the venues where we toured; loading in and loading out venues, most of which were outdoors; facilitating communication between directors, designers, technical staff, and the theatre company; organizing the transportation of all technical aspects, as well as actors; managing the schedules of all actors in regards to two shows that traveled in repertory; calling the show, both at venues as well as at the black box theatre in which we performed for the Summer Professional Training Program; providing support during rehearsals, tracking blocking, cues, line notes, and choreography; running sound cues, being a point person in emergencies (including tumultuous weather, venues that were insufficient to perform in, injuries, replacement of actors mid-tour, and more).
