Starting as a software engineer and moving towards a strategic and UX/UI-focused role, I encourage collaborative efforts towards improving the customer experience using measurable and human-centered research methods.I’ve built multiple efforts towards growing internal processes and collaboration efforts including leading an initiative to better branding, establishing principles and components for design systems, and creating growth-learning environments where teams can upskill and gain confidence in their industry knowledge.From development to design, both in-product and strategically, I apply my analytical and process-oriented approach to building features, providing feedback as a design consultant, and delivering key insights on customers and internal needs through research.
